RICK KRUPNICK,
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rick Krupnick is the Chief Executive Officer for Light BioScience®
and is responsible for all facets of the company's business operations.
Prior to joining Light BioScience, Mr. Krupnick was a senior executive
with FHC Health Systems, Inc., a privately held healthcare organization
based in Norfolk, VA. There he served in a variety of senior management
positions and was recognized for his successful track record
as divisional CEO, COO and corporate Executive Vice President
for Operations. Mr. Krupnick served as President of an international consulting firm,
where he specialized in new product development and implementation,
public sector behavioral healthcare marketing and business turn-arounds. |

MARCEL BESSE,
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Marcel Besse is a 20-year veteran in the medical device and pharmaceutical
markets with specialized experience in esthetic laser dermatology.
Prior to joining Light BioScience®, Mr. Besse was part of the executive
team at CoolTouch Corporation that introduced the first non-ablative
skin rejuvenation laser technology. During his career, he has
held various senior management positions as Vice President of
Sales, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Business
Development for medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Mr.
Besse also has extensive background in sales activities utilizing
direct representatives, independent representatives, and domestic
and international distributors. |
